  2. Campaign for votes year round.
    How do I campaign?
  3. We verify voters in order to ensure accurate and trusted results.**
  4. We tally the votes when voting ends.
  5. All winners will be published online, when votes are finished being tallied. No purchase required.
  6. Winning*** businesses can promote their businesses using our FREE Winner Kit.
No purchase required. Didn't receive the kit?
  7. Winners and Runner Ups can optionally purchase services, such as Advertising . 😉 We have to make some money to keep this amazing service available to local businesses!

Can't get any simpler than that!

Some other tidbits of info...

The winner results will be listed on the website until the next winner results are published (around a year****).

All Winners are published. No purchase is necessary. We want all winning local businesses to be recognized for their excellence in the local community, whether they purchase a service from us or not.

* Businesses can be nominated by voters. This happens when a voter votes for a business. It happens without any action by the business.

** We use our multi-point verification process to verify voters and ensure businesses and voters are not ballot stuffing or other types of voter fraud to the best of our ability. The verification process is confidential and continually evolving.

*** Only Winners in the top 5 (sometimes fewer) can promote their business with the Winner Kit for the year that they won. Runner ups and all others are unable to use the Winner Kit or indicate they were a winner (unless it was for a prior year where they were a winner).

**** Typically Winner results will be published and stay online for around a year. We reserve the right to shorten or lengthen the period. We don't expect it to be shorter than 9 months or longer than 15 months. However, on very rare occasions, it might be shorter than 9 months or longer than 15 months.
